Wendy Webb is an American author known for her gothic suspense novels. A native of Minnesota, she earned a degree in political science from the University of Minnesota. After graduating, she spent some time in France. Upon her return to the U.S., she interned for a congressman in Washington, D.C., and later worked for a Minnesota senator. Once back in Minnesota, she secured a writing position with an entertainment magazine, marking the beginning of her journalism career. Although she enjoyed being a journalist, her aspiration was to become a novelist. When her personal and professional circumstances allowed, she started writing fiction and has continued ever since.
