Order of Uzma Jalaluddin Books

Uzma Jalaluddin is an author who made her mark with her debut romantic comedy, Ayesha At Last. This story is a reimagining of Pride and Prejudice, set within a tight-knit Muslim community in Toronto, and centers around a lively South Asian family. The book gained recognition on The Today Show and was named one of Publishers Weekly’s best romance novels of 2019. Jalaluddin was nominated for the Kobo Emerging Writer Award and was also long-listed for the Stephen Leacock Medal and the Toronto Book Awards. Additionally, she writes a humorous parenting column for the Toronto Star titled “Samosa and Maple Syrup.” She resides in Toronto with her husband and children.
