Thomas Swan is an American author known for his mystery and thriller novels, particularly the Inspector Jack Oxby series. He previously served as the president of the New York Chapter of the Mystery Writers of America. Before his writing career, he held positions as a vice president at an advertising agency, a senior advertising executive at American Express, a copywriter, and a television producer.
