Susie Steiner was an English author known for her crime thriller novels, particularly the DS Manon series. She grew up in London and studied English at university. Her career began as a news reporter for local newspapers, and she later contributed to prominent publications such as the Evening Standard, the Daily Telegraph, and The Times. For over ten years, she served as a commissioning editor at the Guardian. Susie sadly passed away on July 2nd, 2022. She made her debut as a novelist in 2012 with the book Homecoming.
