Order of Susan Spann Books

Susan Spann is the award-winning author of CLIMB: Leaving Safe & Finding Strength on 100 Summits in Japan, a personal narrative about conquering one hundred Japanese mountains in a single year while battling cancer. She is also the creator of the Hiro Hattori mystery series. Spann developed a passion for reading at a young age, consuming everything from books to magazines. She attended Tufts University in Boston, where she studied the history and culture of China and Japan, ultimately earning her undergraduate degree in Asian studies before pursuing a law degree. Despite this, her passion for writing remained strong, leading her to begin her writing career with Claws of the Cat, the first installment in the Shinobi Mystery series.
