Susan Conant is an American writer known for her cozy mystery novels. She is the author of the Dog Lover’s Mysteries and the Gourmet Girl Mysteries, which she co-writes with her daughter, Jessica Conant-Park. Susan graduated from Radcliffe College and later obtained her doctorate in human development from Harvard. She frequently collaborates with the Alaskan Malamute Rescue of New England. Susan Conant's journey as a published author began in 1990 with the release of A New Leash on Death, the first book in her Dog Lover’s Mysteries series.
