Order of Soren Sveistrup Books

Soren Sveistrup is a screenwriter and author, renowned for creating the Danish television phenomenon The Killing, which was later adapted in the United States. He is also the author of The Chestnut Man, his debut book published in English. Sveistrup studied at the University of Copenhagen, earning a Master's degree in Literature and History, before attending the Danish Film School. In addition to his work on The Killing, he wrote the screenplay for Jo Nesbo’s The Snowman. He has received several awards for his film contributions, including an Emmy for Nikolaj and Julie and a BAFTA for The Killing. His book, The Chestnut Man, was recognized as a Kirkus Best Book of the Year and a Library Journal Best Book of the Year.
