Sofía Segovia is a Mexican writer renowned for her works such as The Murmur of Bees and Tears of Amber. She studied communications at Universidad de Monterrey, initially aiming to become a journalist, but her true passion lay in fiction, leading her to pursue that direction in her career. Before she began writing, she worked as a creative writing instructor and served as a communications director for local political campaigns. Her novel, The Murmur of Bees, received the Novel of the Year award from iTunes and Huracán.
