Order of Sidney Sheldon Books

Sidney Sheldon (1917-2007) was an American writer known for his crime fiction and thrillers. He began his career in Hollywood working on B-movies and writing musicals for Broadway. Eventually, he turned to novel writing and quickly became a regular on the New York Times Bestseller List. Sheldon passed away in 2007 at the age of 89 due to pneumonia. He wrote his first novel, The Naked Face, in 1969, which was published the following year. For this debut, he received a nomination for the Mystery Writers of America’s Edgar Allan Poe Award for Best First Novel. Although he did not win, his subsequent novel, The Other Side of Midnight, reached #1 on the New York Times Bestseller List.
