Robert Whitlow is an American writer known for his Christian fiction and legal thriller novels. He is also a filmmaker, having produced film adaptations of his works, including The List, The Trial, and Jimmy, while practicing as an attorney. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. Whitlow never envisioned becoming an author until he reflected on how the past shapes the present, and his wife encouraged him to transform his ideas into a book. He resides in North Carolina. Whitlow published his first novel, The List, in 2000, and in 2001, he received a Christy Award for his second novel, The Trial.
