Rachel Rhys is an English author renowned for her works, including The Dangerous Crossing and Fatal Inheritance. This name is a pen name for the well-known psychological suspense writer Tammy Cohen, who also publishes under the name Tamar Cohen. Rhys has written Islands of Secrets as well.
