Order of Penny Vincenzi Books

Penny Vincenzi is a British author known for her contemporary fiction and romance novels, including the Spoils of Time trilogy. She began her writing journey at the age of nine, creating three hand-written copies of her own magazine using carbon paper. Prior to her publishing success, Penny worked at the Harrods Library in London and served as a junior secretary for Vogue and Tatler magazines. She later became a personal assistant to Marje Proops at the Daily Mirror and then transitioned to a role in a cosmetics company, where she established connections with Boots. This led her and her husband Paul to launch Looking Good magazine, a venture that required them to sell their house and secure a substantial bank loan, but ultimately proved successful. While interviewing author Jilly Cooper for her magazine, Jilly introduced her to an agent who helped sell her novel. Penny resides in London and has four children and grandchildren.
