Order of Patricia Smiley Books

Patricia Smiley is an American author renowned for her Pacific Homicide series and her Tucker Sinclair series featuring an amateur sleuth. The third installment of the Pacific Homicide series, The Second Goodbye, was recognized as one of the top ten crime novels of 2018. Smiley hails from a small agricultural town in Washington state, where her mother instilled in her a passion for books, particularly mysteries. Throughout her life, she has held various jobs and explored different careers, including working for a cruise line, acting, and serving in juvenile detention. While living in Los Angeles, she realized that acting was not her calling, but writing a novel resonated with her, and she felt compelled to write about LA.
