Order of Patricia Moyes Books

Patricia Moyes (1923-2000) was a British mystery novelist known for her Inspector Henry Tibbett series. Born in Dublin and educated in Northampton, she worked for Peter Ustinov as a technical assistant and later as a personal assistant for eight years. Moyes co-wrote the screenplay for the film School for Scoundrels and served as an assistant editor for the British edition of Vogue. After achieving significant success with her translation of the play Time Remembered, she left the magazine to pursue writing mysteries.
