Order of Nalo Hopkinson Books

Nalo Hopkinson is a Jamaican author renowned for her work in speculative fiction. She has written notable works such as Brown Girl in the Ring, Midnight Robber, The Salt Roads, and The New Moon’s Arms, along with a variety of short stories. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, her family later relocated to Guyana, Trinidad, and ultimately Canada. Writing played a significant role in her upbringing, influenced by her mother, a librarian technician, and her father, a poet and actor. From an early age, she immersed herself in the works of great authors and was deeply inspired by folk and fairy tales. In her professional journey, she became a Professor of Creative Writing at the University of California Riverside.
