Order of Michael Crichton Books

Michael Crichton (1942-2008) was an American author as well as a film and television producer, director, and screenwriter. He is most renowned for his works such as Jurassic Park, Congo, and The Andromeda Strain, among other novels. His writings primarily spanned the techno-thriller, science fiction, and action-adventure genres. In film, he contributed as a writer and producer for Twister, adapted Jurassic Park from his own book, and wrote and directed The First Great Train Robbery, also based on his work, among other projects. Additionally, he created the acclaimed television series ER. Crichton began his career in 1966 under the name John Lange and also wrote under the pseudonyms John Lange, Jeffery Hudson, and Michael Douglas. After his death in 2008, Pirates Latitudes was published, and Micro, which was partially completed, was finished and released.
