Mandy Robotham is an author known for her inspirational historical fiction novels and is a USA Today bestselling writer. She has aspired to be an author since the age of 9 but was diverted by a career in journalism and later as a midwife. She holds an M.A. in Creative Writing from Oxford Brookes University. Currently, Mandy explores themes of birth, death, love, and the experiences in between. She made her authorial debut in 2018 with The German Midwife (released in the UK as A Woman of War) and followed up with her second novel, The Secret Messenger, the next year.
