Order of Maddie Day Books

Maddie Day is the pen name of American author Edith Maxwell, who also writes under her own name, Trace Baker. The Maddie Day books feature the Country Store Mysteries series. Maxwell experienced writing success early, winning a prize for a short story at the age of nine from the Pasadena Star News. As an adult, she began her career writing technical documentation in the software industry. During this time, she also engaged in freelance journalism and wrote articles, but it wasn't until 2013 that she transitioned to writing fiction after leaving the technical field.
