Throughout her life, she held various odd jobs—such as cat-sitter, Taco Bell taco-maker, and medical typist—while constantly dreaming up stories. Although she explored journalism, Maddie discovered her true voice in writing about the emotional realities of relationships, regrets, and life's complexities. Now residing in Connecticut, she dedicates her time to creating novels filled with colorful characters and echoes of the unforgettable stories that influenced her.
