Order of Leslie Karst Books

Leslie Karst is an American author known for her cozy murder mysteries. Her parents instilled in her the importance of careful analysis from a young age, which laid a solid foundation for her writing career. Karst's upbringing was diverse, as she lived in Ohio, South America, Mexico, England, and California before finally settling in Santa Monica. She attended the University of California-Santa Cruz, where she studied English literature and Romance languages. After graduating, she chose to stay in California. Karst then went to Stanford Law School and practiced law in Santa Cruz County for twenty years. Her passion for cooking led her to culinary school at Cabrillo College. Following her retirement from law, she pursued writing and continued to explore her culinary interests. She resides in California with her wife, and they often visit Hilo, Hawaii.
