Kristy Woodson Harvey is an American author renowned for her Peachtree Bluff series. She is a former recipient of the Lucy Bramlette Patterson Award for Excellence in Creative Writing. Harvey graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s school of journalism and later obtained her Master’s degree in English from East Carolina University.
