Order of Katherine Neville Books

Katherine Neville is an American author known for her adventure novels. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and relocated to New York City after college to pursue a career in the computer industry. In the 1970s, Neville served as an international consultant for the Algerian government and later worked at the Department of Energy’s nuclear research facility in Idaho. She also engaged in portrait painting and modeling, which led her to establish a photography business that she operated for several years. Eventually, Neville moved to San Francisco, California, where she became a Vice President at Bank of America. She also spent time living in Europe before settling in Washington D.C., where she married neuroscientist Karl H. Pribram. Neville published her first novel, The Eight, in 1988.
