Kari Lynn Dell was an American author and a genuine cowgirl. She grew up on a ranch, participated in rodeos, and trained horses. Rodeo was one of her earliest experiences, with her first event occurring when she was just two weeks old, and it has been a significant part of her life ever since, particularly reflected in her Texas Rodeo book series. Kari lived on the family ranch located on the Blackfeet Reservation with her husband and son. She took great pride in her life on the northern frontier and appreciated the breathtaking views of Glacier National Park from her writing desk.
