Order of Joy Ellis Books

Joy Ellis is an English author known for her crime thriller novels. She is the creator of the DI Nikki Galena and DS Joe Easter series, as well as the DI Rowan Jackman and DS Maria Evens series. Originally from Kent, Joy spent most of her adult life in London and Surrey. She began her career as an apprentice florist at Constance Spry, Ltd. in Mayfair and later held various positions, including that of a bookshop manager. Although she has been writing mysteries for many years, she only began to concentrate on them later in her career. Joy sets her novels in the Lincolnshire Fens, a place she adores for its seclusion and the beauty of the marshlands, where she now resides with her partner, Jacqueline, a retired police officer.
