Order of John Straley Books

John Straley is an American crime fiction author and poet, known for the Cecil Younger series. He was raised in Washington State and completed high school in New York City. He studied at Grinnell College before pursuing a writing degree at the University of Washington. In 1977, he relocated to Alaska. In addition to his writing career, John has held various jobs, including secretary, horseshoer, wilderness guide, trail crew foreman, millworker, machinist, and private investigator.
