Order of Jennifer Steil Books

Jennifer Steil is an American author known for both fiction and non-fiction works. She has lived in various countries and spent four years editing a newspaper in Yemen. While pregnant, she was kidnapped, an experience that inspired her novel The Ambassador’s Wife. Following an attack on her British diplomat husband by a suicide bomber, she and her infant daughter were evacuated. Since then, she has moved frequently, using these experiences as inspiration for her novels. Steil debuted as an author in 2010 with the non-fiction book The Woman Who Fell from the Sky and entered the fiction realm in 2015 with The Ambassador’s Wife.
