James Brabazon is a versatile individual with experience as a documentary filmmaker, journalist, and author. His debut novel, The Break Line, is the first installment in the Max McClean series. He earned a master’s degree in history from the University of Cambridge. Brabazon began his career as a photojournalist before transitioning to a television news producer. He is particularly recognized for his contributions to the coverage of the Liberian Civil War, which resulted in two documentaries and the memoir, My Friend The Mercenary. He currently resides in the United Kingdom.
