J. Mark Bertrand is an American writer known for his Christian crime fiction novels, particularly the Roland March series. Hailing from Louisiana, he obtained his MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Houston, where he lived for fifteen years. After experiencing several hurricanes, he and his wife moved to South Dakota. Bertrand made his publishing debut in 2007 with the non-fiction work Rethinking Worldview: Learning to Think, Live, and Speak in This World. His first novel, Beguiled, co-authored with Deeanne Gist, was released in 2010. That same year, he published his first solo novel, Back on Murder, which introduced the character of Houston detective Roland March. Below is a list of J.
