Order of Helen Fielding Books

Helen Fielding is an English author known for her chick lit novels, particularly the Bridget Jones series. Hailing from Yorkshire, she spent many years as a journalist in London, seizing opportunities to travel to Africa, India, and Central America. Following the release of her first novel, The Independent invited her to write a column about the experiences of a single woman in her 30s living in London. Instead, she conceived a character that was a more exaggerated version of that life, leading to the creation of Bridget Jones. Fielding published her first novel, Cause Celeb, in 1994.
