Order of Heather Morris Books

Heather Morris is a New Zealander, screenwriter, and author, best known for her book The Tattooist of Auschwitz, which has gained her significant recognition and has been adapted into a screenplay. Born in Te Awamutu, New Zealand, she grew up and attended college there before moving to Melbourne, Australia, in 1971. After a few years, she returned to New Zealand, where she met her husband. She worked for some time before pursuing her passion for storytelling. Her debut novel was optioned by Academy Award-winning writer Pamela Wallace, and she subsequently wrote the screenplay for The Tattooist.
