Hanya Yanagihara is an American author and journalist. After completing her studies at Smith College in 1995, she relocated to New York and began her career as a publicist. She later worked for Conde Nast Traveler, where she eventually became an editor before taking on the role of deputy editor for T: The New York Times Style Magazine in 2015. Yanagihara made her novel debut in 2013 with The People in the Trees. Below is a list of her books in the order of their original publication.
