Georgia Bockoven is a celebrated American author known for her award-winning works, particularly the Beach House series, which started with the release of The Beach House in 1997. Growing up in an Army family, she traveled extensively, fostering her early passion for reading. Initially working as a photojournalist, she eventually transitioned to writing fiction. Her debut book was published in 1983, and she has since sold over four million copies globally. One of her novels, A Marriage of Convenience, was adapted into a CBS movie in October 1998.
