E.V. Seymour is an English crime thriller novelist. Hailing from West Bromwich, she spent many years relocating across the United Kingdom while working in public relations. After marrying and raising five children, Seymour began writing in her free time, producing articles and short stories. Since she started her writing career later in life, she diligently researched her topics, consulting police, military, UN contacts, and others in related fields. Today, she is known for the Paul Tallis series. Seymour published her first book, Absent Light, in 2007 under the name Eve Isherwood, and later debuted as E.V. Seymour with The Last Exile.
