David Wishart

David Wishart is a Scottish writer known for his historical mystery novels, particularly the Marcus Corvinus series. He studied Classics, focusing on Latin and Greek, at Edinburgh University. After graduating, he spent four years teaching in a secondary school before returning to education to become an English as a Foreign Language teacher. He taught in Kuwait, Greece, and Saudi Arabia for eleven years. In 1990, he returned to Scotland, where he teaches at Dundee University and continues to write. David Wishart made his publishing debut in 1995 with the release of two novels that year. Below is a list of his books in the order of their initial publication.
