David Ignatius

David Ignatius is an American author known for his spy thriller and suspense novels, as well as his role as an associate editor and columnist for the Washington Post. He attended Harvard College and King's College at Cambridge University. He began his career as an editor at the Washington Monthly before moving to the Wall Street Journal, where he spent a decade as a reporter. Since 1986, he has been with the Washington Post. Throughout his career, he has acquired extensive knowledge of foreign affairs and intelligence operations, which he incorporates into his spy novels. His book Body of Lies was adapted into a film by Ridley Scott, featuring Leonardo DiCaprio and Russell Crowe.
