Order of David Chang Books

David Chang is a Korean-American restaurateur, television host, and author, renowned for establishing the Momofuku restaurant group, which has locations in New York City, Sydney, Toronto, Washington, DC, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. He authored the memoir "Eat a Peach." Chang is also the creator and star of Netflix’s "Ugly Delicious," where he and various guests explore food at restaurants and vendors worldwide. He began his culinary training at the French Culinary Institute and worked at Mercer Kitchen and Tom Colicchio’s Craft before moving to Japan to work at a small soba shop. He returned to the U.S. in 2004 to open his first restaurant, Momofuku Noodle Bar, in the East Village.
