Prior to becoming a self-published indie author, Dani worked in advertising and dedicated her weekends to writing. Initially, she attempted to write literary fiction but struggled to find success while trying to meet others' expectations; she ultimately discovered her true passion by writing in the genres she enjoys reading. Dani resides in Los Angeles, California. She became a published author in 2011 with her story "Writing From a Flour Sack," featured in the Indie Chicks anthology.
