Order of Cynthia Hand Books

Cynthia Hand is an American author best known for creating the Unearthly and Lady Jane book series. She was born and raised in Idaho, where she attended the College of Idaho for her undergraduate studies. She later went to Boise State University, focusing on literary fiction, and earned an M.F.A. in fiction writing. Hand then pursued her Ph.D. in fiction writing at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a significant milestone in her career, as it was there that she published her first short story and connected with an agent. She currently resides in Boise, Idaho, with her husband, children, and pets.
