Coco Ma is a Canadian author known for her YA fantasy novels. She penned her debut novel, Shadow Frost, at the age of 15. In addition to writing, she has been playing the piano since she was 5 and a half years old, performing on some of the world's largest stages. Coco graduated with a pre-college diploma in piano performance from The Juilliard School in New York City and is currently studying at Yale University. When she isn't practicing piano, writing, or studying, she enjoys watching Netflix and indulging in cake. Her first novel, Shadow Frost, was published in 2019.
