Order of Claire Askew Books

Claire Askew is a Scottish poet, educator, and author, renowned for her DI Helen Birch book series. She spent five years in Further Education at Edinburgh College before taking on the role of Adult Learning Project Co-Ordinator at Scottish Book Trust. In this position, she developed projects aimed at young people and adults facing literacy challenges and created best practice CPD training focused on literacy and reading. Subsequently, she served as the schools writer in residence, collaborating with students at Craigroyston High School to help them produce their own magazine.
