Beverly Allen is the pseudonym of American author Barbara Early, known for her cozy mysteries, including the Bridal Bouquet Shop Mysteries series. Raised in the suburbs of Buffalo, New York, Beverly developed a passion for reading, writing, and classic movies. Although she earned a degree in Electrical Engineering, her enthusiasm for writing led her to pursue a different path. She spent several years teaching secondary English and science before successfully homeschooling her daughter through high school. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, crafts, home improvement projects, and spending time with her husband and daughter. Beverly Allen published her first novel, Bloom and Doom, in 2011.
