Benedict Jacka is an English fantasy novelist known for the Alex Verus series. He attended the City of London School and later obtained his Bachelor's degree from Cambridge University. Following his studies, he lived in China and worked in various roles, including civil servant, bouncer, and teacher, before returning to London to pursue a career in law. Jacka began his writing career in 2005 with his debut novel, To Be a Ninja (which was later re-published as The Beginning). Below is a list of his books in the order of their original publication.
