Barry Lancet is an American writer known for his international thriller and mystery novels, particularly the Jim Brodie series. He traveled to Japan from California thirty years ago, where he became captivated by Tokyo and decided to make it his permanent home. For 25 years, he worked with one of Japan's largest publishers, creating books on a wide range of Japanese topics, from art to Zen, all in English and distributed globally, including in the United States and Europe.
