Andrew Miller

Andrew Miller is an English writer born in Bristol, who has lived in Spain, Japan, Ireland, and France, and currently resides in Somerset. He attended Dauntsey’s School and earned a first-class degree in English from Middlesex Polytechnic, followed by an M.A. in Creative Writing from the University of East Anglia in 1991. In 1995, he completed a Ph.D. in Critical and Creative Writing at Lancaster University. His novels have received several accolades, including the James Tait Black Memorial Prize for Fiction, the International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award, and the Grinzane Cavour prize in Italy, among others.
