Alexia Gordon is an American author renowned for her Gethsemane Brown Mystery series. Her writing has received nominations for an Agatha Award, won a Lefty Award, been a finalist for the Silver Falchion Award, and earned several Lone Star Literary Bloggers’ Choice Awards. Although Gordon has been writing since childhood, she set aside her literary aspirations to pursue a career in medicine. After completing medical school and family medicine training, she became a physician. She currently balances her medical career during the day with writing at night.
