Order of Alex Gilvarry Books

Alex Gilvarry is an American writer who completed his MFA in Creative Writing at CUNY – Hunter College in 2009. In 2014, he was recognized as one of the National Book Foundation’s “5 Under 35.” He teaches Creative Writing at Monmouth University in New Jersey and resides in Staten Island with his wife, writer Alexandra Kleeman. Gilvarry made his literary debut in 2012 with the novel From the Memoirs of a Non-Enemy Combatant, followed by Eastman Was Here in 2017.
